Wabi Roots Warranty & Return Policy

30-Day Return or Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Wabi Roots piece. If you’re not satisfied or need a different size, you’re welcome to return or exchange your unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at support@wabiroots.com with your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and a photo of the item if applicable.

Please note: Custom-engraved or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


One-Year “No Hassle” Limited Warranty

All Wabi Roots pendants and rings come with a free one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects such as chipping, breaking, delamination, or structural failure due to our workmanship.

If your piece experiences a covered defect within one year of the original order date, we will repair or replace it once at no cost to you. If the original design is no longer available, we may offer a similar item of equal value.

To file a claim:

  • Email support@wabiroots.com

  • Include your name, order number, and a clear photo showing the issue

  • Describe what happened and when the defect occurred

One single replacement per item is allowed within the warranty period and is your exclusive remedy under this warranty. Refunds are not issued after the 30-day return window.


What the Warranty Covers

  • Cracks or breaks due to structural flaws in workmanship

  • Resin separation or hardware failure not caused by misuse

  • Natural wood movement (cracking or delamination) under normal dry-use conditions


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Water damage (e.g., from showering, swimming, or submersion)

  • Damage caused by:

    • Excess moisture or steam

    • Fire, flame, or high heat

    • Dropping or crushing the item

    • Use of harsh chemicals, alcohol, or acetone

  • Scratches, dents, or general wear and tear

  • Size changes due to body changes

  • Custom engravings that wear off or chip

  • Loss or theft of the item

  • Abuse, neglect, or use contrary to our Care Guide

  • Items altered or repaired by third parties

We reserve the right to void a warranty claim if we determine the damage was caused by misuse or a false claim.


Additional Legal Information

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE:

  • All Wabi Roots items are sold “as-is.”

  • We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Your purchase is made at your sole risk.

In no event shall Wabi Roots, its founder, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to injury, loss of use, emotional distress, or loss of the product. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.


Caring for Your Wabi Roots Piece

Our jewelry is crafted with reverence for nature—using rescued wood, natural oils, and symbolic design. To help it last:

  • Remove before water exposure

  • Avoid extreme temperatures

  • Keep away from chemicals and solvents

  • Store in a dry, safe place when not in use

We include a Care Card with each piece to help you maintain its beauty and meaning.
